OSWP is offensive — cracking and exploiting wireless networks. CWNA / CWAP (CWNP) are vendor-neutral wireless engineering certs — design, deployment, troubleshooting. They're complementary, not competitors. Pen-testers pick OSWP; wireless engineers pick CWNA.
4-hour proctored hands-on exam: you connect to OffSec-provided wireless networks and must crack pre-shared keys, capture PMKID hashes, set up evil twins or attack WPA-Enterprise — depending on the assigned scenario.
